We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, prepare a proposal, and provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our business email. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing dan@clearedpathconsulting.com.
