Compliance solutions

Scalable security expertise for the Defense Industrial Base.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all security. Every engagement is tailored to the complexity of your contracts and the maturity of your program, and we can serve as your W-2 FSO, a 1099 assistant FSO, or a cleared consultant.

  4. Not sure yet?Start here

A confidential 15-minute discovery call. We'll recommend the lightest model that closes your gaps.

Why the fractional model works

Former-regulator expertise without the executive-level overhead.

A full-time, senior-level FSO can cost upwards of $100,000 a year in salary alone. With Cleared Path, you pay only for the expertise you need, and scale as your contract wins grow.

A clear SOW and pricing options based on your facility's size and complexity.

  4. Step 04Onboarding

Rapid integration into NBIS and NISS to begin immediate oversight.

05 · FAQ

Questions contractors ask first.

Will you be present during our official DCSA review?

Absolutely. Much of a fractional FSO's work is remote, but for the review itself we sit at the table with you, advising your Key Management Personnel throughout the engagement.

How do you handle access to NBIS and our other systems?

Strict need-to-know. You provision our access within your hierarchy, all work runs over secure connections, and we log every administrative action taken on your behalf.

We're outside North Carolina. Can you still support us?

Yes. 32 CFR Part 117 is the same in all 50 states. Daily administration works remotely, and we travel on-site for mock assessments and official reviews.

How do you keep our proprietary data confidential?

We execute a Mutual NDA before we look at a single file, and compartmentalize client data with the same discipline required for classified information.

What's your turnaround on reportable events?

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients, typically within 24 hours of receiving the information from you.

Does DCSA accept a fractional FSO model?

Yes. DCSA requires your designated FSO to be a cleared employee of your company, so we offer three ways to engage: as your W-2 FSO on your payroll, as a 1099 assistant FSO (AFSO) supporting an internal FSO, or as a cleared consultant advising your team. In every model, your KMP retain ultimate legal authority.

Why a consultant instead of a full-time FSO?

A senior-level FSO can cost upwards of $100,000 a year in salary alone. You get former-regulator expertise for a fraction of that, and your security program scales alongside your contract wins.
